Call for Board of Director Nominations
groningen declaration network

As mentioned before, the Groningen Declaration Network transitioned to a self-sustaining foundation when it incorporated on 20 December 2016. As part of the foundation structure, the GDN established a 12-member Board of Directors.

This year we will be seeking four new members on the board. Therefore, the Board of Directors welcomes nominations for new board members at the Annual Meeting in Paris, April 18-20. We are seeking nominations from individuals representing the broad diversity of the GDN, with balance of representation, geographically, genderwise and otherwise being one of the primary goals, as engrained in our statutes.

Article seven, clause 4 of the GDN statutes spells out the full conditions for board membership eligibility. If you think you meet the conditions in the statutes, please consider to submit a nomination for a position on the GDN Board! For more information or to submit a nomination, please contact Mike Reilly, GDN Board Vice-Chair, at reillym@aacrao.org.
